BABY ART™ is an innovative program created by an artist and birth doula, designed to support mothers through their postpartum journey while introducing babies to a nurturing, creative environment. Our program is based on the belief that babies are born intelligent and aware, and it aims to foster an engaging, safe space for babies and caregivers to explore emotions, colors, and textures together. Through art-making, BABY ART™ helps mothers process their postpartum experiences, providing a therapeutic outlet for expression and healing. Simultaneously, babies are introduced to a loving and stimulating environment that encourages early development and community bonding. While the classes primarily cater to mothers and their babies, BABY ART™ warmly welcomes grandmothers and fathers to join in and experience the magic. Each session is a unique journey, guided by the practitioner, who tailors the experience to meet the needs of the group. Our classes offer a confidential space where participants can listen, support one another, and share helpful suggestions post-class to build a strong, supportive community.
